Some products in our store are available as subscriptions. This policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel these purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive recurring deliveries of your chosen products at the frequency you select (every 1, 2, 3, or 4 months). Your payment method will be stored securely and charged automatically before each delivery.
How to cancel or change your subscription:
You can pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time — no minimum commitment, no cancellation fees, no questions asked. There are two ways to manage your subscription:
- Through your account portal at toxinrebellion.com/account
- By emailing support@toxinrebellion.com with your order number
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery to take effect for that delivery. If your next order has already been processed or shipped, the change will apply to the following delivery.
What happens when you cancel:
Cancellation takes effect immediately. You will not be charged for any future deliveries. Any orders already shipped are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Subscription pricing:
Your first subscription delivery receives 15% off. All subsequent deliveries receive 10% off. We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with at least 14 days' advance notice sent to your email address.
Returns on subscription orders:
Subscription orders are covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee, the same as one-time purchases. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
