HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Australia & New Zealand: 4-7 business days
United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
United States: 4-7 business days
Rest of World: 7-14 business days
These are estimated delivery windows from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Every order includes tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also track your order at any time by visiting https://toxinrebellion.com/pages/track-your-order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS — CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For orders shipped outside of Australia, please note that your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Toxin Rebellion has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for information about potential charges before placing your order.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Toxin Rebellion is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@toxinrebellion.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order at no additional cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@toxinrebellion.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
PO BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES
We can ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than the estimated delivery windows listed above.
SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERIES
Subscription orders follow the same shipping timelines outlined above. Your subscription will be automatically dispatched according to your chosen delivery frequency (every 1, 2, 3, or 4 months). You can update your shipping address at any time through your account portal or by emailing support@toxinrebellion.com at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
