Our 90-Day Guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell. You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. We're confident you won't want to go back to plastic — but if it's not for you, we'll make it right.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 90 days of the delivery date
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Items must be in a condition suitable for resale
- You must provide your order number and proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital products including but not limited to ebooks, guides, and downloadable content
- Gift cards
- Shipping protection fees
- Express shipping upgrade fees
- Items that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging
- Items not purchased directly from toxinrebellion.com
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@toxinrebellion.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours
- Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions
- Ship the item back using the provided label
Please do not send items back without first requesting and receiving approval. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. This cost will be deducted from your refund amount. The exact deduction will be communicated to you before you ship the item back, so there are no surprises.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@toxinrebellion.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@toxinrebellion.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund including any shipping costs — your choice. You will not be required to pay return shipping on damaged or incorrect items.
Subscription Orders
If you are on an active subscription, you may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by emailing support@toxinrebellion.com. Subscription orders that have already been shipped are subject to the same 90-day return policy outlined above.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To receive a different product, please initiate a return for your current item and place a new order separately.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. This right is in addition to our 90-day guarantee — whichever is more favourable to you applies.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or override your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure or is significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a replacement or refund regardless of the conditions above.
